By accessing or using the Great Eastern Parks Route ("GEPR", "we", "us", or "our") website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

GEPR provides a digital navigation, exploration, and community platform for East London's 17 official heritage trail segments. Our platform features interactive pedestrian navigation maps, route chronicles, historical landmark directories, walk scheduling tools, and community messaging.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when registering an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You agree not to use the app for any illegal purposes or to post abusive, harassing, or spam content in the Community Chat.

4. Pedestrian Navigation & Outdoor Safety Disclaimer

GEPR provides GPS navigation data and estimated walking routes for informational purposes. Outdoor walking involves inherent risks. Users are responsible for exercising personal judgment, obeying local traffic rules, respecting private property, and taking personal safety precautions while navigating trails.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, trail descriptions, audio telemetry, and custom visual designs featured on GEPR are the property of Great Eastern Parks Route or its content licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our assets without explicit written consent.

6. User-Generated Content & Community Guidelines

Users participating in community walk invitations and chat channels must adhere to respectful community standards. GEPR reserves the right to moderate, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate community safety rules.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GEPR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our app, website, or navigation routes.
