The Great Eastern Parks Route (GEPR) mobile app and website respects your privacy. We collect minimal personal information strictly necessary for user authentication and interactive trail navigation.

• Account email address (via Google Sign-In or direct registration).
• GPS location data (only while using active trail navigation features).
• App preferences and custom saved walks.

2. How We Use Information

Your information is used solely to render custom walk segments, calculate distances along the River Lea and Thames trails, and manage user accounts securely via Firebase. We do not sell or rent user data to third parties.

3. Data Security & GDPR

We comply fully with UK GDPR rules. All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS / TLS, and authentication is powered by Google Firebase Auth.
